We do not accept returns if the seal of the product has been opened and used. If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please call us at 212-725-1700 for further instructions.

We may be able to help you directly prior to the return. Our Customer Service Department will respond to your request within 2 business days.
We recommend you use USPS or UPS Priority to ensure fast delivery. We are unable to refund shipping charges. Make sure to include your name and phone number in your returned package.
If you would like a replacement for a product, we will send out a replacement. All shipping charges are responsibility of the customer if customer would like an exchange.
We do not accept returns if unable to fulfill above reasons for exchange or return, but would definitely give our customers the option to exchange the product for any other products.
We would require your credit card information for the shipping charges to send out the replacement so do call to give us the details.
